- Opened Animation Collectibles where packaging is part of the product value: If the box is part of the display, we need it intact.
- Digital products or downloads: No returns on virtual goods, sorry!
- Items damaged after delivery due to customer handling: We can’t cover mishaps once it’s in your hands.
- Personalized or custom items: These are made just for you, so they’re yours to keep.
