We ship globally with some exceptions. Currently, we do not deliver to:

Shipping Options & Times

• Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 days after shipping)
• Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 days after shipping)

Order processing takes 1-2 business days before shipping. Delivery times are estimates and may vary.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Return Window & Conditions

You have 15 days from delivery to request returns/exchanges. Items must be:

• Unopened and unused
• In original packaging
• In mint condition (think sealed action figures!)

Non-Returnable Items

To protect collectible value, we cannot accept returns on:

• Opened blind bags & mystery boxes
• Items where packaging is part of product value
• Digital products or downloads
• Personalized or custom items
• Items damaged after delivery

Return Process

Contact us at [email protected] within 15 days. We’ll provide an RMA number and instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
